Actor receives two nominations from the voting committee for awards
DALLAS - Txylo -- Texas Filmmaker Awards just released their list of nominations for different categories for the first annual award show on March 25, 2023. Texas Indie Filmmaker Awards is an awards show created with independent artists in mind. This event is also a vast networking opportunity created to unite artists across Texas with a significant emphasis on diversity and unifying the industry.
Draper Wynston has been nominated for two films in two different categories. He has been nominated for Best Actor in the film 'Forbidden Daughter" in the feature film category. He plays the character of "Darryl" in the film which is set to release in the winter of 2022.

Draper has also has been nominated for Best Actor in the stageplay, 'Why Women Trip," the stageplay turned film played at the famous Black Academy of Arts and Letters. The project is now a film that premieres November 17th 2022. After the premiere, the film is going to be released to the different streaming platforms.
