With over two decades of experience in the banking industry, Warder brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new position. He has a proven track record of building successful national digital banking models with a focus on purpose-driven initiatives. Prior to joining Alliant Credit Union, Warder served as the Chief Digital Officer for KeyBank where he was responsible for overseeing Key's digital properties and National Digital Bank, Laurel Road. He also held leadership positions in KeyBank's Business Banking and Investment Services divisions. Before that, he served as the President of USAA Bank in San Antonio, Texas. His extensive experience also includes roles at ING, Capital One, and PNC Bank.

In addition to his impressive career in banking, Warder also has a military background as an armor and cavalry officer in the US Army. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
