HOUSTON - Txylo -- At this year's Houston Small Business Expo, the nonprofit AndWhich transformed its booth into a live podcast studio and empowerment hub, inviting women entrepreneurs to refine and record their 30-second business pitches. The setup drew steady crowds of attendees eager to share their stories, polish their delivery, and connect with other purpose-driven business owners.
The interactive "Delegate Like a Boss Podcast Corner" was designed to spotlight the voices of women juggling full-time careers, side hustles, and business ambitions. By giving them a platform — and practical feedback — AndWhich furthered its mission of helping women re-enter the workforce and small business owners delegate smarter through U.S.-based Virtual Assistant services.
"We wanted to give women the confidence to own their story," said Jannine Mahone, Co-Founder of AndWhich. "Every strong pitch begins with clarity — the same clarity we help our clients achieve when they delegate the right tasks."

Throughout the event, dozens of entrepreneurs stepped into the podcast studio, walking away with stronger, more confident introductions for their businesses. AndWhich also forged new partnerships, including conversations with a Houston-area bank exploring grant opportunities and local organizations eager to collaborate on future women's empowerment events.
"It wasn't about sales — it was about visibility and voice," added Mahone. "When women practice sharing what they do, they practice believing in what they've built."
