DALLAS, May 15, 2025 ~ AT&T Inc. (NYSE: T) held its annual stockholder meeting on May 15, announcing the preliminary results of the meeting virtually held in Dallas, Texas. As reported by the company, all 10 nominees to the board of directors were re-elected to a one-year term.
In addition to this, stockholders voted to ratify the appointment of Ernst & Young as the independent auditors for AT&T with an overwhelming majority of 93.7% votes in favor. The compensation of AT&T's executive officers, as described in the 2025 proxy statement, was also approved by stockholders with 90.7% votes in favor.
