HOUSTON ~ The Board of Trust Managers of Camden Property Trust (NYSE:CPT) declared a third quarter cash dividend of $1.00 per share to holders of record as of September 29, 2023. The dividend is to be paid on October 17, 2023.
Camden Property Trust is an S&P 500 Company and a real estate company primarily engaged in the ownership, management, development, redevelopment, acquisition, and construction of multifamily apartment communities. The Company currently owns and operates 172 properties containing 58,961 apartment homes across the United States. Upon completion of 5 properties currently under development, the portfolio will increase to 60,514 apartment homes in 177 properties.
