SAN ANTONIO, July 9, 2025 ~ Caring Senior Service of Brazoria County, Texas, owners Adie and Mike Walls have been recognized as 2025 Franchise Rock Stars in the Giving Back category by research firm Franchise Business Review. This prestigious award is given to franchisees who demonstrate exceptional leadership, business acumen, and community involvement.
The Walls have been a part of the Caring Senior Service team since 2009 when Mike joined as the franchise development manager. In 2014, they decided to open their own location in Brazoria County after struggling to find quality senior care for a family member. Since then, they have been dedicated to providing the Lake Jackson area with top-notch senior care through their location.
Founder and CEO of Caring Senior Service Jeff Salter expressed his pride in the Walls' achievement, stating that their dedication to providing quality care has not gone unnoticed. He also highlighted their use of innovative AI-driven tools to enhance client care and their quick response during natural disasters such as Hurricane Beryl in 2024.
The Franchise Rock Stars were nominated by their franchise brand's leadership in one of eight categories, including Giving Back, Women, Millennials, Veterans, Family-Owned, "Freshmen," Top Performers, and Multi-Unit Owners. Eric Stites, founder and CEO of Franchise Business Review, emphasized that these franchisees go above and beyond in some special way and are exceptional examples of success within the franchise model.

Adie Walls expressed her gratitude for being chosen as a rock star and shared how her personal experience with her grandfather's Alzheimer's diagnosis led her to become actively involved in the senior care industry. She also acknowledged the support from Caring Senior Service's franchise system that helped them achieve success.
Mike Walls added that without the educational and technical support from Caring Senior Service's team, they would not be where they are today. He also stated that they will continue to strive towards providing GreatCare® to the Lake Jackson community.
This is not the first time a Caring Senior Service franchise owner has been recognized as an FBR Rock Star. In 2022, Cathy Trlica, owner of Caring Senior Service of New Braunfels, Texas, won the award in the Family-Owned category, and in 2024, Cindy Sheller, who owns multiple Caring Senior Service locations, was selected for the honor in the Multi-Unit category.
Caring Senior Service is proud to have franchise owners like Adie and Mike Walls who are dedicated to providing quality care and making a positive impact in their community.
