DALLAS, June 21, 2025 ~ Venezuelan-born hairstylist Axel Rojas has made a name for himself in the world of celebrity styling, working with icons like Madonna and the Kardashians. And now, he has taken his talents to the next level by opening his own salon, Love and Layers, in Dallas.

Located in North Dallas, Love and Layers is a boutique studio that specializes in high-end hair coloring and premium hair extensions. These services are Axel's signature offerings, honed over years of perfecting his techniques on some of the most photographed individuals in the world.

"I create natural-looking sun-kissed color," Axel explains. "My goal is for my clients to leave feeling like they just spent a summer at the beach, not three hours in a salon."

Axel's journey to success reads like a modern American epic. After immigrating to the United States and graduating from beauty school in 2020 during the pandemic, he faced numerous challenges such as shutdowns and economic uncertainty. But he persevered and eventually landed a position in Los Angeles assisting Madonna's longtime hairstylist.

"It was surreal," Axel recalls. "One day I was assisting in a salon, and the next I was on set for music videos or styling hair for celebrities."

After two years in Los Angeles, Axel decided to make Dallas his new home. He poured all his energy into sharpening his craft and expanding his business acumen to bring his vision to life.
