HOUSTON - Txylo -- Colliers is pleased to announce the sale of a commercial property on ±1.89 acres at 823 East Main Street in Tomball, Texas. The buyer, Johnny C. Foster, was represented by H. Wayne White of Fielding Vaughn Real Estate Group. Tom Condon, Jr., John Grimsley, Mike Taetz and Bill Byrd of Colliers represented the seller, Fastenal Company, in the transaction.
"Given the strong demand for stand-alone buildings under 10,000 square feet in Tomball, Colliers was able to generate multiple offers on the property shortly after taking the deal to market," said Tom Condon, Jr. of Colliers. "The sale was closed with one of the initial offerors on terms that met the seller's disposition objectives."
