The buyer, Arsenault Holdings, was represented by Todd Moore of Colliers. The seller, HMC Leasing, was represented by Barrett Gibson and Jason Tangen, also of Colliers.

14027 U.S. Route 2 in North Dakota is a single-tenant industrial property that is 100% occupied by Knights Oil Tools. It is a Class B building that contains ±79,424 square feet within three structures on ±22.57 acres of land. Knights Oil Tools will continue to occupy the space.
