Communities In Schools HOT Names Sarah Pedrotti as CEO
Waco, Texas — Communities In Schools of the Heart of Texas (CIS-HOT) is proud to announce Sarah Pedrotti as its new CEO, effective January 6, 2025. Sarah brings nearly 20 years of experience with Waco ISD, most recently as Executive Director of Student Advocacy for Transformation Waco, where she led wraparound services and strategic initiatives to support at-risk students.
Throughout her career, Sarah has driven improvements in student outcomes through innovative interventions, data-driven strategies, and community collaboration. Her leadership includes roles as principal, instructional coach, and teacher, as well as co-chairing the United Way of Waco-McLennan County Education Group.

Sarah holds a Master of Education in Educational Administration from Tarleton State University and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Baylor University.
