SAN ANTONIO - Txylo -- Community First Health Plans, the only locally owned and managed, non-profit health plan in Bexar County, has announced its newest health insurance plan, University Community Care Plan (UCCP) offered through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Now, Bexar County residents, individuals or families, can visit communityfirstmarketplace.com to explore offered benefits. This new plan is designed to help all consumers prioritize their health while receiving exceptional service and support needed to live a healthier life.

With the new plan offered by Community First, members have an opportunity to choose from a variety of options to ensure they receive the best care available. University Community Care Plan is an exclusive provider network (EPO) and includes benefits like:

• A network comprised of University Medicine Associates primary care providers, UT Health specialty providers, and outpatient health care centers across Bexar County, including University Health Texas Diabetes Institute, in addition to our Level I Trauma Center at University Hospital.
• $0 deductible
• No referrals required to see network specialists
• Telehealth services
• In-home urgent care services
• Prescription delivery

Additional benefits include, a 24/7 nurse, access to health & wellness programs, pregnancy support, mental health resources, virtual financial literacy classes and scholarship opportunities.
