RemoteWorker is envisioning a better hybrid working model that could once again revolutionize the way the modern workforce thinks about working.
AUSTIN, Texas - Txylo -- On the heels of a new study suggesting more remote working days and fewer meetings, RemoteWorker is envisioning a better hybrid working model that could once again revolutionize the way the modern workforce thinks about working.
RemoteWorker is an online jobs board and resource website for remote workers, remote work jobseekers, and hiring managers, employers and HR personnel seeking to recruit and hire the top talent for remote positions.
"Just about three years ago, the pandemic hit and forever changed the way we work, and the way we think about working," says Joseph Boll, RemoteWorker CEO. "Whether you work remotely, in-person or hybrid now, the widespread adoption of remote during the pandemic has opened people's eyes to new possibilities about working. That impression remains, and it's why the Great Resignation was so strong for so long, and why businesses trying to force RTO are having a hard time. But there could be another major shift in thought about work in the near future."

Boll referenced a study from research and consulting firm Gartner, which suggested that the hybrid working model could be improved if businesses let employees work remotely around 3-4 days a week on average — if not more, and by implementing "meeting-free days."
"Think of a world where most employees could have the kind of work schedule that some entrepreneurs have, where they get to choose their own work hours and have the ability to work from home — or from wherever," the RemoteWorker CEO suggested. "One drawback of entrepreneurship is that it can be risky, but imagine if a future way of working gave employees the stability of having a full-time employer while still getting the flexibility to have work-life balance to an even greater degree than exists now."
Greater autonomy and flexibility would certainly improve work morale and productivity, and the impact on overall well-being could be unprecedented.
"Even as remote and hybrid work continue to evolve, RemoteWorker hopes to see more positive development that would benefit both employees and employers alike," said Boll. "We're also eager to work with such forward-thinking organizations that may be looking for the right candidates to fit their remote job needs."
