PLANO, Texas, Dec. 6, 2024 ~ CR Fitness Holdings, the largest and fastest-growing franchisee of Crunch Fitness, has announced the opening of its newest location in Plano, Texas. This marks the second Crunch Fitness gym in Plano and the sixth in the Dallas metro area. The new facility, named Crunch East Plano, is located at 801D W. 15th St., in the former Bed Bath & Beyond site. It will officially open its doors on Thursday, December 12th at 5:00 AM.
The 44,000-square-foot gym is not only a significant addition to CR Fitness Holdings' portfolio of 72 locations but also the first to showcase the brand-new Crunch Fitness 3.0 design. This innovative design combines modern aesthetics with enhanced functionality to elevate the fitness experience for members.
Some of the highlights of this new design include expanded Olympic weightlifting racks, a revamped relax-and-recover zone, and a Hot Stuff studio. These features are complemented by updated lighting, premium flooring, and vibrant new graphics throughout the facility. Members can also enjoy premier cardio and strength equipment, a group fitness studio, cycling classes, hot yoga sessions, dry saunas, HydroMassage®, tanning services, upgraded spacious locker rooms, and a modernized front desk.

To celebrate this milestone opening, Crunch East Plano will be hosting a Grand Opening Party on Thursday, December 12th from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM. CR Fitness Holdings has ambitious plans to operate 100 Crunch Fitness locations nationwide by 2026.
