Bell will serve as the new vice president of sales for the brokerage's North office, located in the thriving Plano/Frisco area north of Dallas.
With extensive experience and a proven track record in real estate sales and management, Bell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. In his previous position, he successfully managed a branch of nearly 100 real estate advisors and led them to achieve $280 million in sales in 2023 alone.

Bell joins an already strong leadership team at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, which was founded in 1960. The team includes vice president of sales Jennifer Edwards (Southlake and Fort Worth offices), vice president of sales Angela Thornhill (Dallas/Turtle Creek and Lakewood offices as well as the Ranch and Land Division), assistant vice president of sales John Kidd, president and CEO Russ Anderson, executive vice president of marketing and developments Maria Cintron, executive vice president of information technology Will Stokes, executive vice president of finance Blair Olmstead, special counsel Zareen Brendel, and Thornhill who also serves as general counsel for the brokerage.
