Bell will serve as the new vice president of sales for the brokerage's North office, located in the thriving Plano/Frisco area north of Dallas.

With extensive experience and a proven track record in real estate sales and management, Bell brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his new role. In his previous position, he successfully managed a branch of nearly 100 real estate advisors and led them to achieve $280 million in sales in 2023 alone.

Bell joins an already strong leadership team at Briggs Freeman Sotheby's International Realty, which was founded in 1960.
