"Everything on the market felt like a compromise," says Vannguyen. "All I could find were childish patterns and puzzle mats, and definitely nothing large enough to really take up the room in one piece. Washable rugs are lovely, but are cumbersome to clean and stain easily. I wanted something that felt elevated but could still handle real life and that was made of non-toxic materials."

Swankymats are free from BPA, phthalates, and flame-retardants, and are crafted with Greenguard Gold-certified inks. The 6mm thick high density foam mats are available in two extra-large sizes (5'x7' and 6'x9'). Swankymats are the largest single-piece mats available for both play and exercise.
