SAN ANTONIO (May 12, 2022) – Today, City Council approved a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the San Antonio Police Officers' Association (SAPOA). The following statement is in response to today's vote:

"The District 10 office is fully supportive of the Collective Bargaining Agreement as it was presented today. City Council has received regular updates throughout the process. This CBA addresses concerns about fair compensation and benefits, as well as disciplinary procedures and processes. Both City Staff and SAPOA negotiated in good faith, and I hope this trend continues as City Council and the Police and Fire unions have these negotiations in the future."
