The conference, hosted by The Texas Center for Child and Family Studies in Round Rock, brought together over 1,000 child welfare professionals to discuss the latest information and training on providing quality care to Texas' children, youth, and families.
During her speech, First Lady Abbott spoke about the power of a "Network of Nurture," where individuals can step in to help family members, friends, and even strangers during times of difficulty. The TCCAC serves as a vital platform for connecting these professionals with important information and training opportunities. By coming together and putting aside any differences, Texans are able to make a powerful impact in helping those in need. As First Lady Abbott stated, there is no force on this earth more powerful than Texans helping Texans.
