WACO, Texas - Txylo -- Foster Village Waco, the local affiliate of Foster Village Inc., is thrilled to announce Kynetta Noble as its new Executive Director. With a career of serving children and families involved with the foster care system, Noble is set to bring a fresh perspective and renewed energy to the organization.

With her history working with the State of Texas, Kynetta shared "I am delighted to shift my focus from a systematic approach to foster care to supporting local children and families in the Waco area. This work is a constant process of learning and growing; and one thing the last few years has repeatedly taught me is that the more support given to families in caring for children in foster care, the better opportunities for connection, stability, and healing exist."
