Frontier to Rebrand and Reopen the Community as The Terraces at Brushy Creek
AUSTIN, Texas - Txylo -- Frontier Senior Living is pleased to announce that TBG Properties has selected the company to manage and rebrand the former Sundance at Cedar Park memory care community, which will reopen as The Terraces at Brushy Creek.
The thoughtfully designed memory care community, located in the Austin metropolitan area, is currently closed and undergoing a strategic transition under Frontier's leadership. With more than 26 years of experience serving seniors and their families, Frontier Senior Living will leverage its proven operational expertise, specialized memory care programs, and resident-centered approach to prepare the community for a successful reopening and long-term growth.
As one of the nation's recognized leaders in memory care, Frontier will implement its signature operational framework, Frontier Fundamentals, to establish a strong culture of service, clinical excellence, and meaningful resident engagement.
