The conference has brought together over 500 industry leaders and experts to discuss and shape the future of customer experience through Unified Interaction Management (UIM).
During the event, Glia unveiled a range of new AI tools designed to assist customers, agents, and managers. These tools, collectively known as AI Analysts, have been specifically developed for the generative AI age and offer a unique way for institutions to view contact center performance management. With these new capabilities, insights are made more accessible, powerful and intuitive for all users.
The launch included several exciting announcements such as Quality AnalystGPT which allows users to ask any question across all interactions in order to identify quality issues and areas for improvement. Additionally, Insights AnalystGPT empowers better decision-making by generating insights and visualizations using natural language queries.

Cortex Intercept is another innovative tool that predicts customer needs based on previous interactions. This allows for a more personalized greeting from the AI Assistant and reduces the need for immediate assistance from human agents. Similarly, Cortex Heads-up for Agents analyzes a customer's previous interactions and provides agents with context to help them solve problems faster.
One of the most significant announcements was Glia Virtual Agent Content Assist which automatically drafts suggested responses for banks and credit unions using Glia Virtual Agent (GVA). This feature can cut down on the time needed to personalize GVA responses by up to 50%.
Dan Michaeli, CEO and Co-Founder of Glia expressed his excitement about these new developments stating that "As the industry continues to be inundated with AI hype that is little more than vaporware, Glia has created turnkey AI solutions purpose-built for financial institutions that are responsible, compliant, secure and provide real business value." He also added that the new features announced at Interact 2024 will take this momentum even further and provide transformative tools for banks, credit unions, and insurance companies.
