The nanotechnology laboratory cleanroom facility will be built and equipped by Texas Tech University's Edward E. Whitacre Jr. College of Engineering. The cleanroom will support various projects focused on driving innovation in solid-state lasers, energy projection and detection components, sensors, and ultra-light high-power electronics.
