~ Governor Abbott has appointed Rao Ali, M.D., Stephanie Corbett, Richard Todd, Cameron McElhany and Greg Rowin, D.O. to the Texas Physician Assistant Board for terms set to expire on February 1, 2025 and 2029 respectively. The Board issues physician assistant licenses to qualified individuals to practice in the state of Texas.

Rao Ali, M.D., of Southlake is the founder and CEO of Premier Pain Centers with locations from Dallas to Waco. He is a double board-certified pain physician who completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the Montefiore Medical Center and fellowship in interventional pain medicine at Case Western University Hospital. He is a member of the Texas Pain Society, American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, North American Neuromodulation Society, and the Texas Medical Association as well as past president of the Richland County Medical Society.

Stephanie Corbett of Harker Heights is a physician assistant and advanced practice professional administrator in the Department of Family Medicine at Baylor Scott and White Health. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular and Cellular Biology from Cornell University, a Bachelor of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from the Medical College of Georgia, and a Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska. She is also a member of the American Academy of Physician Associates and the Texas Academy of Physician Assistants.

Richard Todd from Rockdale is a physician assistant at Camrock Clinic who holds a degree in physician assistant studies from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center as well as a Master's degree in Physician Studies from The University Of Texas Rio Grande Valley. He is also an active member within his community being part committee chair for Trail Life Troop TX-4120, treasurer and incident safety officer for Rockdale Volunteer Fire Department as well as former member for Texas Academy Of Physician Assistants.

Cameron McElhany hails from Houston where he works as regional sales and operations manager for LaForce LLC while also being an allied member for American Institute Of Architects with his Bachelor Of Science In Telecommunication Media Studies obtained from Texas A&M University under his belt.

Gregory Rowin D.O., hailing from Harlingen works as physician at Valley Ear Nose And Throat while also being an active member within his community such as Platinum Surgery Center Harlingen School District Steering Committee And Sangria Homeowners Association with his Bachelor Of Science From St Edwards University And Doctor Of Osteopathy From The Texas College Of Osteopathic Medicine along with completing his residency At Mount Clemens General Hospital under his belt . He is also partaking membership within American Osteopathic Academy Of Otolaryngology ,American Osteopathic Association ,Texas Osteopathic Medical Association And The Texas Medical Association .
