Shahkarami is a founding member of Opilio LLC, a healthcare consulting company. He is also a member of prestigious organizations such as the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants (CPA) and the American Institute of CPAs. Additionally, he has served as a volunteer in various capacities at Tarrant County College, Milestone Church, and Dr. Taylor's Counseling for the Future Foundation.
