Joining Governor Abbott at the opening ceremony were RoyOMartin Chairman & CEO Roy Martin, Polk County Judge Sydney Murphy, Polk County Sheriff Byron Lyons, Polk County Commissioner Milt Purvis, Polk County Constable Ray Myers, City of Corrigan Mayor Johnna Gibson, and other local officials and business leaders.

In recognition of their contribution to Texas' economy, Governor Abbott awarded Corrigan OSB with a $278,000 grant from the Texas Enterprise Fund in 2021. This grant also included a $3,000 Veteran Created Job Bonus.
