HOUSTON - Txylo -- Colliers is pleased to announce the successful lease of 71,645 square feet of industrial space located at The Mill at 249 in Tomball, Texas to Guardian, a Houston headquartered leader in height safety products and services. Beau Kaleel and Brooke Swerdlow of Cushman and Wakefield worked with the landlord, Willowbrook Property Owner, LP and developer, Greystar in the transaction. Tom Condon, Jr., Greg Cizik, Edward Edson and John Grimsley of Colliers represented Guardian.
Guardian is the world's largest independent height safety brand. The addition of this new distribution center aims to enhance customer service and streamline operations, solidifying the company's commitment to its valued customers. With close proximity to its Global Headquarters and Height Safety Center in Houston, the new facility demonstrates Guardian's continued dedication to its 360-height safety ecosystem that includes fall protection, dropped object prevention, foreign material exclusion, engineered systems, expert training, and end-to-end customer service.
