Since inception in 1965,Texas Bar Foundation has awarded more than $30 million in grants to law-related programs. Supported by members of the State Bar of Texas - Texas Bar Foundation is the nation's largest charitably funded bar foundation.
HOUSTON - Txylo -- The grant will support the publication of outcomes from HRC's recovery programs serving justice-involved clients, helping to share insights and strengthen understanding of effective recovery approaches.
"We are grateful to the Texas Bar Foundation for their continued support of our mission," said Susana Deltoro, CEO of HRC. "This funding helps us highlight the outcomes of our work and reinforces the importance of treatment-focused approaches for individuals involved in the justice system."
HRC's philosophy and service system are built on a recovery management framework that provides pre-recovery identification and engagement, recovery initiation and stabilization, long-term recovery maintenance, and quality-of-life enhancement. HRC recovery management programs specialize in working with justice-involved clients.

Houston Recovery Center (HRC) was launched in 2013 in Houston, Texas, to develop and operate a law enforcement jail diversion program. HRC's Sobering Center receives and monitors intoxicated individuals as they safely sober up.
In response to the needs of individuals with complex behavioral and social challenges, HRC developed Partners in Recovery, a long-term recovery care management program offering 18 months or more of support through a coordinated continuum of care. The goal is to improve access to services, rebuild stability, and support long-term recovery.
