Mr. Horsley provides experience in complex patent litigation and further strengthens the firm's capabilities in significant patent disputes and advanced technologies.
Mr. Horsley has counseled clients on patent portfolios in addition to drafting and prosecuting patent applications at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). He also has represented clients in multiple inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Mr. Horsley holds a doctorate in physics, which provides a solid foundation for understanding clients' technologies in cases covering artificial intelligence, medical devices, mobile communications, and numerous other areas.
He graduated from the Duke University School of Law, where he was a member of the Duke Law & Technology Review. Before law school, Mr. Horsley completed his Ph.D. in Physics at the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in Physics in 2014 at the University of Texas in Austin.
He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas in addition to Texas state district courts.
