BIPOC Arts Network and Fund selects IAS for the Cultural Treasure Accelerator Award.

HOUSTON - Txylo -- We are excited to announce that the BIPOC Arts Network and Fund has recognized the Islamic Arts Society as an awardee of the Cultural Treasure Accelerator initiative. This groundbreaking program provides us with the opportunity to amplify our work and build the thriving BIPOC culture Houston deserves.
It is great to see that our work in uplifting our communities through art is being recognized at the city level," said Alec Story, Director of the Islamic Arts Society.
The grant will allow the Islamic Arts Society to build capacity and do more of our signature Building Bridges through arts programs in colleges, universities, and community events.
