ORLANDO, Fla., July 21, 2025 ~ Fort Worth, Texas - La Pulga Tequila, a brand dedicated to providing authentic, approachable, and affordable premium tequila to consumers, has officially launched in the Sunshine State. This exciting news means that bars, restaurants, and retail stores throughout Florida can now offer their customers the award-winning La Pulga Tequilas, as well as their Mezcal and Sotol varieties.
The founders of La Pulga Tequila were three friends who shared a love for tequila and agave spirits. They noticed a gap in the market for a high-quality tequila that was also affordable and free of additives. After several trips to Mexico, they found a distillery in the Los Altos region of Jalisco that produced exceptional artisanal tequila. Working closely with the distillery's maestro tequilero, they were able to create the distinctive taste profile they had envisioned for their premium tequila.
The name "La Pulga" was chosen as a tribute to their hometown of Fort Worth. In this city, there is a traditional outdoor market known as "La Pulga," where people come together in celebration and friendship. The founders felt that this name perfectly embodied the spirit of their brand - one that celebrates togetherness and honors cultural heritage.
