New brokerage rooted in integrity, professionalism, and results opens its doors.
WACO, Texas - Txylo -- RE/MAX Centex, one of Texas' oldest RE/MAX franchises, has rebranded as AXIO Real Estate, officially launching this week.
Since 1989, the franchise has been a cornerstone of Waco's real estate market. However, owners Walt and Denise Fair, in partnership with Broker of Record Andrew Guy, recognized shifting industry dynamics and competitive pressures, prompting a bold transition to AXIO Real Estate. The new brokerage is designed to meet the growing demand for transparent, client-focused real estate services in today's evolving market.
As two-time RE/MAX Texas Broker Owners of the Year, Walt and Denise Fair bring decades of expertise to AXIO. "National legacy brokerages once provided significant value to agents," said Walt Fair. "But that value has diminished in recent years. With AXIO, we're enhancing our value proposition for agents and clients alike, positioning us for significant growth."

Broker Andrew Guy shares their enthusiasm for the rebrand. "Real estate is about more than transactions—it's about guiding people through life's biggest decisions," said Guy. "AXIO is built on honesty, professionalism, and delivering results clients can trust."
The launch of AXIO Real Estate comes at a time when buyers and sellers are seeking more clarity and trusted partnerships in today's evolving real estate landscape. AXIO meets a growing need in the market for real estate services that combine local expertise, deep connections, and a client-first philosophy.
