LUBBOCK, Texas - Txylo -- After 35 years of artistic and community impact, Lubbock Community Theatre is proud to unveil its new identity as Yellow House Theatre. This rebranding reflects a bold vision and renewed commitment to providing meaningful artistic experiences that unite and empower the Lubbock community.
To mark this milestone, Yellow House Theatre will host "Beans & Theatre Dreams," a celebratory community meet-and-greet on May 20th, from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m., at Gold Stripe Coffee in the First Bank & Trust Building at 98th and Slide in Lubbock. The event will serve as a platform for meaningful conversations about the organization's vision and will include a Special Recognition from Mayor Mark W. McBrayer, highlighting the city's ongoing dedication to arts and culture.
The rebranding underscores Yellow House Theatre's expanded mission to build "Community Through Theatre." The organization offers comprehensive educational programs for all ages, designed to inspire creativity, foster collaboration, and build essential life skills through an engaging, creative process.
