PLANO, Texas - Txylo -- Lubbock, TX – NetCo Investments, Inc., a Plano, Texas-based real estate investment and development company, announces the sale of the Burger King located at the Poka Lambro Shopping Center in Lubbock, Texas.
The Poka Lambro Shopping Center continues to serve as a key retail hub for the Lubbock community, with a mix of dining and service offerings. In addition to Burger King, the center is home to other well-known tenants such as Octapharma Plasma, Toot'n Totum, and Lubbock Breakfast.
The sale of the Burger King location was facilitated by Terry Moss of Commercial Realty Group Inc., representing the buyer. NetCo Investments, Inc. was represented by Chris Matlock, Parker Carroll, CCIM, and Barry Forrest, CCIM of TREK Investment Group.
Poka Lambro Shopping Center boasts a prime location in Lubbock at Loop 289 and University, providing convenient access to a diverse range of retail, dining, and service establishments. Its vibrant mix of national and regional tenants makes it a central destination for both locals and visitors.
