Paxson as Associate Director of Business Development. In this role, she will support the Director of Business Development Stacey Maisano to promote the firm and eClosePlus, the firm's electronic closing solution built specifically for the mortgage industry.

Before joining Polunsky Beitel Green, Paxson held several sales and client development roles at respected financial institutions and mortgage industry service providers such as Lenders One, Bank of America and Equifax Mortgage Services. Most recently, she was a Regional Sales Director at Lenders One Mortgage Cooperative, where she exponentially grew business in her territory while improving profitability for her clients.
Prior to her experience at Lenders One, Paxson held multiple roles with Bank of America, including Correspondent Lending Sales Executive where she partnered with banks and mortgage lenders across the country. As Assistant Vice President of Quality Assurance, she helped to develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with the CFPB. She was instrumental to the Bank at a pivotal time helping struggling homeowners stay in their homes without slipping into foreclosure.
