THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Txylo -- The Signorelli Company, one of the fastest growing privately held companies in the nation, announces the coming addition of 16 Tesla supercharging stations to its award-winning Valley Ranch master planned community.
Offering a new level of convenience to area Tesla drivers, the new Tesla supercharging stations are the first to be installed in the Valley Ranch area and will be located at Valley Ranch Town Center, a shopping district featuring more than 1.5 million square feet of shops and restaurants, a grocery store and a movie theater. Currently, the nearest Tesla supercharging stations are 20 miles away. Valley Ranch's new Tesla superchargers are part of a growing Tesla supercharger network, which offers fast, convenient charging options for Tesla drivers.
"We are excited for Tesla to join the growing list of retailers in Valley Ranch. With over seven million visitors last year, we keep looking for ways to add more value and convenience to the community for those who live and work here," said Ralph Ireland, senior vice president of Commercial and Residential at The Signorelli Company. "Providing easy access to a Tesla supercharging station within the shopping district will be a time saver for electric vehicle drivers."

The Valley Ranch community, located in Montgomery County, includes over 2,000 single-family and multifamily homes, as well as 3.5 million square feet of retail, office, entertainment, restaurant, and mixed-use space. The community, now ranked as the number three most visited open-air shopping center in the Greater Houston metropolitan statistical area (MSA), also has a medical district, on-site schools, the 8,500-seat Randall Reed Stadium, and an entertainment district, all conveniently located near key transit corridors such as 1-69, the Grand Parkway and Valley Ranch Parkway. The development saw mobility further increase this year with the opening of Valley Ranch Parkway and the extension of Valley Ranch Boulevard and Valley Ranch Bend.
