SAN FRANCISCO, Aug. 8, 2024 ~ Revizto, the leading Integrated Collaboration Platform in the industry, has announced a new three-year enterprise agreement with Rogers-O'Brien Construction (RO). This partnership aims to standardize project collaboration and enhance model-based coordination for the general contractor.
The 24th & Rio Grande Student Housing project, located in Austin, Texas and scheduled for completion in June 2025, is one of RO's current projects. This 350,000-square-foot, 30-story high-rise will feature 199 units, amenities, and a parking garage. The use of Revizto can be seen in the image on the right, showcasing a 3D model view with a 2D overlay on all floors.
Having already experienced the positive impact of Revizto on their processes for two years, RO recognizes the need for seamless collaboration throughout all phases of construction as their projects become more complex. This has led them to expand their partnership with Revizto to an enterprise agreement and standardize its use across their diverse portfolio which includes healthcare facilities, mission-critical buildings, K-12 schools, corporate offices, multi-family high-rises, senior living communities, science and technology labs, industrial manufacturing facilities and more. This move aligns with RO's commitment to "Building a Better Way" and solidifies their position as an industry innovator.
