Introducing The Scientific Meal Planner, an algorithm that uses nutrition science to generate optimally balanced meal plans for health and longevity.
AUSTIN, Texas - Txylo -- The Scientific Meal Planner (https://scientificmealplanner.com) has launched, delivering a first of its kind meal planning algorithm based on the recommendations of nutritionfacts.org's foods to eat daily for optimal health and longevity.
We live in a society where a terrible diet is normalized to the point where many of us cannot even conceive of what a health diet looks like, and we're paying the price in preventable lifestyle disease. It's an open secret that the #1 killer of Americans, heart disease, is preventable and even significantly treatable with a healthy enough, whole food plant based diet. And that's just the tip of the iceberg. Various cancers, diabetes, and high blood pressure are all to varying degrees preventable with a healthy enough diet. This is one of the public health crises of our time.

The Scientific Meal Planner's mission is to address this by accelerating the adoption of healthy diets, and so we offer a free base version to the public. There is also a premium version that unlocks convenience features including full nutrient data, calorie control, and shopping lists, as well as greater meal plan customization options.
We partner with recipe authors from across the whole food plant based community. Half of premium revenue goes directly into recipe author pockets. This forms a symbiotic relationship between us and our partners, and empowers us both to continue spreading the word about the proven benefits of a whole food, plant based diet.
The Scientific Meal Planner will be continuously updated, keeping on top of the latest science, to deliver the most up to date evidence based meal plans.
The Scientific Meal Planner is created by Daniel Burnette, an independent web developer based in Austin, Texas.
