HOUSTON - Txylo -- Colliers is pleased to announce Tomball Economic Development Corporation's (TEDC) successful sale of ±17.67 acres (Lot 308) at the southeast corner of Spell Road and South Persimmon Road in Tomball Business & Technology Park. The buyer, Chrismas Interests LLC, was represented by Will Condrey with Cresa Global, Inc. Tomball Economic Development Corporation was represented by Tom Condon, Jr. and John Grimsley of Colliers. The property closing was coordinated by Jane Mathews and Erin O'Neal of Stewart Title - Tomball.
Chrismas Interests purchased Lot 308 with plans to build and develop the property for Walsh & Albert and Metal Zinc. Walsh & Albert manufactures and supplies HVAC ductwork, while Metal Zinc manufactures and supplies HVAC and refrigerant sheet metal products.
Tomball Business & Technology Park has been named a Top 10 U.S. business park for two consecutive years. Companies already in the ±100-acre master planned and deed-restricted business park have created more than 500 jobs and added nearly $85 million in capital investment to the City of Tomball, according to Kelly Violette, Executive Director of the TEDC.
