DALLAS, March 19, 2025 ~ Dallas-based advertising agency TRG has announced a change in leadership as longtime principal Pete Lempert is set to take over as CEO on March 31. This news comes from the agency's current CEO, Glenn Dady, who will be retiring this spring after 39 years with the company.
Lempert has been a part of TRG since 1994 and has played a significant role in the success of the agency. He has led business for well-known brands such as Corona Beer, Nokia, Advance Auto Parts, Amstel Beer, Learjet, Mohawk Flooring, Charles Schwab, Orkin, Sewell Automotive Companies, and many others. In 1996, he was promoted to principal and then took on the roles of chief development officer and managing principal in 2024.
Dady expressed his confidence in Lempert's ability to lead TRG into its next chapter. "Pete has been with the agency for more than 30 years and brings a unique skillset to this new role," he said. "He has the perfect combination of creativity and business acumen. He is a proven leader who has consistently delivered results for our clients while also improving the employee experience and culture within the agency."

Lempert himself is honored to take on this new position and continue TRG's legacy as a creative powerhouse. "We have always been known for making brands memorable," he stated. "But TRG and the marketplace have shifted dramatically over the past five years too. We are well positioned for the future, where bold ideas will be nurtured to succeed in a rapidly changing marketplace."
Lempert graduated from Denison University in Granville, Ohio before starting his career at Bozell & Jacobs in Dallas. There he worked with clients such as Dial, American Airlines, NationsBank, Armour Foods, and Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems.
As Dady prepares to retire from his role as CEO, he reflects on the agency's accomplishments and expresses his pride in the team. "I am extremely proud of this agency for everything we have accomplished, proud of our clients and partners, and proud of the work," he said. "I can't wait to watch the continued success." With Lempert at the helm, TRG is poised to continue its success and make a mark in the ever-evolving advertising industry.
