Staged in an authentic WWII B-29 hangar and surrounded by the music of the Dynamic Swing Machine, this event will take you back in time for a fun-filled evening of vintage aviation and swing dancing.

WHAT: The Vintage Flying Museum will be hosting its 33rd Annual Big Band Hangar Dance and Silent Auction. This year's annual fund-raiser will celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Meacham Airport. Enjoy a fun-filled evening of dinner and dancing celebrating the upcoming anniversary.
WHEN: Saturday, October 11, 2025. The event starts with dinner from 6:30 until 8:30 p.m. followed by dancing from 8 p.m. to midnight. Nostalgic C-47 rides will begin at 5:00 p.m.

WHERE: Vintage Flying Museum at Meacham Airport located at 505 N.W. 38th Street, Hangar 33S, Fort Worth, Texas 76106.
Advanced dinner and dance tickets are $65. Dance only tickets are $40 in advance, or $45 at the door. Reserved tables are available with the purchase of ten tickets. Corporate tables are also available for $1400. The event is BYOB with soft drinks and snacks available for purchase.
To top off the evening, guests can enjoy a nostalgic flight over the city of Fort Worth in a C-47 for an additional cost (weather permitting). Flights will begin at 7 pm.
