Grief is a deeply personal and complex experience. For children, especially, the death of a loved one can have lasting emotional, behavioral, and academic effects if not addressed with care and support.
The Hope & Healing Place (HHP) is the only dedicated grief support center in the Texas Panhandle, providing free services to children, teens, families, and individuals navigating the aftermath of death. Our mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where healing can begin.
As a nonprofit organization, HHP relies on fundraising events like Wings of Hope to continue offering services at no cost to families in need.
