L.D. Stewart is a Christian writer and is celebrating her 50th year as a Christian in 2025. L.D. Stewart is the Winner of the 2024 International Impact Book Awards for Christian-Christian Biography/Autobiography Category for her second published book: MY WALK WITH JESUS. L.D. Stewart is currently enrolled in Harvard Divinity School's EDX Program for Christianity Through Its Scripture with Verified Certification for 2025. L.D. Stewart has attended SMU Perkins classes in Houston, TX. and has been a member of The American Association for Christian Counselors. L.D. Stewart also completed the Charles Stanley Institute for Christian Living and received certification. L.D. Stewart through her local Methodist Church has led ministries for: Grief, Prayer, Cancer, Addiction, Neighborhood, and Hurricane. L.D. Stewart has been an organizer for weeks long prayer events, funeral services, National Day of Prayer events, volunteered for five years in school libraries, and worked to have large scale donations to local school libraries in South Montgomery County through service in the Parent Teachers Organization. L.D. Stewart also helped to get community donated books to create one of the first libraries in Uganda.
