Winners Development Corporation Pioneers Skyscraper In South Dallas

DALLAS - Txylo -- The Winners Development Corporation unearthed its landmark development building project designed to transform the economy of the South Dallas community with skyscraper located at 1705 Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard, Dallas, TX 75215 on the corner of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Boulevard and Malcolm X Boulevard Dallas on June 26, 2025. The event held at St. Philip's School, 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue, Dallas, Texas 75215 started at about 6:30 PM. The highly engaging community meeting considered the project for zoning approval by the City of Dallas lasted about three hours.

The Chairman, Winners Development Corporation Inc, Apostle Raphael Adebayo kicked off by welcoming everyone to the meeting. His introduced the team members working on the project while inviting others to embrace the concept.  He pointed out that he was directed by God to South Dallas as a missionary about 21 years ago, and with the cooperation of his wife, Pastor (Mrs.) Elizabeth Adebayo, they have remained in this mission field until today. To the glory of God, their testimonies include bearing and raising them in South Dallas, Texas. God has also supported them with men growing into a church. Their environment has been transformed in the process with businesses and infrastructure that prove the vision.

Apostle Adebayo pointed out that The Winners Tower - https://winnerstoweratmlk.com    is a vision mirroring involvement of the South Dallas community as it taps into the wide developments planned for the I-45 corridor by the wider business community. The project will welcome visitors' investment while boosting local businesses as it anchors a basis for their comfort and business endeavors. He encouraged everyone to consider the volunteering efforts of those local leaders who have chosen to identify with the concept and to trust the vision so that we can present a united front to regulators and business investors. It is a smarter way to another realization of The Dream of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr and make Malcolm X proud.

In support, the community also heard from Miss Esther Adebayo, born and raised on the proposed building site and Dr. Edward Ekpa. Dr. Ekpa, the Lead Consultant on the project discussed the journey of the project from a dream to conceptualization to City filing and the current community engagement meetings.

There was a robust engagement by the community that demonstrated active interest in these developmental thrusts. The community proved that it is well-informed and very welcoming to progress. There were requests for more information on certain specific subjects which the project team promised to address.
