SAN ANTONIO - Txylo -- Vista del Norte, a neighborhood of 440 homes in San Antonio, Texas, has recently completed an expansion joint replacement project in the sidewalks of their swimming pool using Trim-a-Slab in the process. The neighborhood board decided on Trim-a-Slab as the expansion joint to be used due to its reputation for durability and simplicity of installation, as well as its 10-year warranty.

While tools had to be used in order to remove the old wooden concrete spacers, Trim-a-Slab only required installation by hand and foot, in which the product was simply positioned and hand- or foot-pressed in place.

The project took only two-and-a-half hours to complete with four volunteers, the longest and most difficult part for them being the wooden joint removal. The material used was 3-1/2 50ft rolls of 3/4-inch Trim-a-Slab.
